My wife and I purchased a used 2023 Jeep Wrangler from NGC right after Christmas. When we found the vehicle on their website, it was so fresh they didn’t have any pics posted. I reached out to their sales team and was fortunate enough to make contact with Malcom King. Malcom took and texted pics to me right away and we made an appointment to come in the following morning to look it. Initially, there was a little bit of a hitch in the pricing quoted (that was to our benefit), but Malcom and his manager, Andy, stood by their written quote and we took immediate delivery. They treated us more than fair and it will not soon be forgotten. Malcom also did a nice job of following up with previous owner to make sure we got the second remote. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Malcom, specifically, for their next vehicle purchase.

I shopped online all over Cincinnati trying to find the best deal on a new Grand Cherokee L. The sales staff answered all my questions over the phone and when I came in to purchase the vehicle the process was smooth and quick. I wasn't planning on trading in my used vehicle, but the price they gave me for my used van was hard to pass up! Hard to find a Car Dealer that doesn't give you the run around. Very thankful-you've gained a customer for life!

Easy to set up appointment with the service department. In and out in a very timely fashion. Needed to go back, and immediate correction of the issue. We have used this dealership for 7 years or so and always first rate service with great top notch people!

I was interested in a vehicle offered by Northgate cdjr and was using the online chat feature and was contacted by MacKenzie and she was super pleasant and courteous to speak with. She set me up with an appointment on Wednesday to view the vehicle the same day with Andy and Tyler. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the door by Tyler and met Andy both a pleasant encounter and the vehicle I was interested in had a little VIP banner on the windshield with my name on it which was nice and gave a feeling of importance and priority. Tyler was awesome to deal with and we had a great conversation while trying to work out a deal with Andy. I wasn't able to make a deal go through on my visit but the customer service was top notch and my visit was an overall great experience. I even received a follow-up call on the following Saturday from MacKenzie to see if I had any questions or concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle from them in the future or recommend them to someone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Great truck buying experience a year ago with follow up oil changes...I love the fact that I can just show up to get my oil changed. (Very convenient) On this occurrence, my truck would not start…AAA had to get it started. I called the service department and they told me to bring it right in where the issue was diagnosed. Due to the part not being available, they kindly gave me the use of a loaner for about 10 days through the Thanksgiving holiday. The only criticism I can give is that after I picked up my truck I received an email that routine maintenance was due for my truck…I wish it would have been done while they had my truck for 10 days. All of the service department personnel I had contact with were very professional and courteous…especially the service manager! I believe her name is Renee.

The whole service department is very helpful! My only problem is they didn’t return my wheel lock. They were supposed to give it to my husband when he got his oil change on Friday and they didn’t. Other than that were very satisfied.
